This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to kick start their career within the Automotive Industry. You will gain a strong grounding on how the business runs, which will give you a wealth of experience and knowledge in the automotive sector.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure warranty claims are submitted, processed and tracked in line with Nissan warranty policy
  • Receive warranty cards from the service departments and update the warranty system, entering the appropriate claim codes, to indicate the customer complaint, fault diagnosis, cause of failure and rectification.
  • Present a consistently professional image to all customers through attitude, behaviour and personal appearance
  • To achieve the customer satisfaction objectives and ensure that the customer is dealt with professionally adhering to Manufacturer standards and dealership procedures
  • Download the data to Nissan at end of day to trigger monthly payment from Nissan
  • Liaise with internal customers on the progress of warranty claims when required
  • Follow-up queries within the agreed timeframe Manage credits/payments on the dealer system

Qualifications required

GCSE or equivalent Maths and English at grade D or above desirable but not essential.

Full training will be given in this challenging and varied role to ensure that the apprentice has the skills and expertise be considered as a permanent member of staff.

Training provider

Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business and Administration

This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated an assessor who will visit on site every 4-6 weeks and deliver all of the training to gain the qualification and provide the resources to complete work between visits.
