Duties/ Responsibilities
Working with a busy office environment your duties will include:
•    Maintain and update all management databases
•    Produce reports/statistics as required
•    Answering calls professionally
•    Transferring calls efficiently
•    Taking/delivering messages accurately and promptly
•    Greeting visitors
•    Sort, stamp and circulate all incoming mail
•    Record, Stamp and post all outgoing post and dispatch courier parcels as required
•    Typing correspondence, etc for all departments
•    Typing acknowledgement letters to recruitment applicants
•    Filing
•    Photocopying
•    Sending/distributing faxes
•    Movement list/Staff Address list/Mobile Phone List
•    Maintain site employee Induction Packs 
•    Make up training files
•    Maintain H & S, Quality, Flow etc Manuals
•    Maintain and prepare packs for dispatch with tenders
•    Recording accidents in accident book
•    Complete database form and forward to head office

Training provider

Approximately 3% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 17% is done in the workplace, through workplace units, face-to-face meetings with your QA Assessor, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
