Parkdean Resorts are delighted to be recruiting a Customer Service Apprentice for our Hayling Island Holiday Park, based in Hampshire.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will support the Administration & Holiday Sales Teams by:

  • Supporting the Holiday Sales (Reception) Team in checking in guest in a warm and welcoming fashion.
  • Dealing with any guest queries or complaints that arise during their stay.
  • Preparing welcome packs for all guests prior to arrival, providing information on the local area when requested.
  • Supporting the Admin Manager with routing admin task, such as updating spreadsheets, filing, banking etc.

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • You will need good communication skills, and good computer abilities with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • It is useful for you to have knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Word.

Personal qualities

  • Have a passion to work in an Admin or Customer Service role.
  • Be flexible to work weekends and some evenings.
  • Have an understanding of Parkdean Resorts.
  • Have good IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages.

Qualifications required

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C plus (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.

Future prospects

When you have successfully completed your Apprenticeship you may be given the opportunity to continue in your role or progress onto an alternative support role within the company where you will receive full training and support.
