In this role you’ll work closely with the NPD Technologists and Head of NPD developing samples for customers throughout the UK and Ireland. You will ensure your attention to detail is second to none, checking recipes stringently for the correct weight and double checking that the final product looks, tastes and smells good.

You will be responsible for the packaging of samples to customers and ensuring they arrive on time in the designated manner (chilled).   You will grab the ingredients from the factory to ensure you can make the samples and products up on time. You will cook, clean and have project work alongside your daily duties to ensure you are kept entertained and your creative juices flowing.

Training provider

The key feature of this opportunity is being able to study for a Level 3 Diploma in Food Industry Skills as part of your Advanced Apprenticeship.

The Diploma is delivered part time in teaching blocks that will take place at the University of Lincoln's Holbeach campus site, and on the job training with your employer will form a part of your knowledge development.

There is also the opportunity to undertake additional short courses relevant to your job role that will link to the trail work that you will be a part of.
