Worsley Travel in Culceth Warrington is searching for a Customer Service Apprentice.

Due to company expansion we are now seeking a Customer Service Apprentice to join our team.

 Our new recruit will be hard working, enthusiastic and conscientious. We’re looking for qualities rather than qualifications, individuals who thrive on being the best and who are genuinely passionate about travel and delivering leading customer service.

Day to day tasks to include:

  • Answering telephone calls
  • Emails
  • Proficient grasp of Microsoft Outlook: Word & Excel
  • Filing
  • Word processing
  • Greeting customers

As this is an apprenticeship post the post holders will be required to develop skills, knowledge and experience in all aspects of Customer Service

Things to consider

The Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): From April 2017 the ANMW was set at £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
