This role will involve providing support to the Credit Control team, undertaking administrative and basic credit control tasks.

The key duties will be:

  • Support the Assistant Credit Control Manager in daily credit control processes
  • Liaise with customers and the sales team by email/telephone in a professional manner
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations, ensuring other colleagues complete bank related tasks in a timely manner
  • Support the production of relevant company monthly accounts
  • Input information and keep up-to-date records including balance sheet reconciliations
  • General administrative tasks such as scanning and photocopying documents
  • Undertake any ad hoc project work as directed by the Financial Controller

Qualifications required

The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.50 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship.
