Things to consider

The Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): From April 2017 the ANMW was set at £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.

About the employer

Little Saints was registered in 2012 and is on the Early Years Register and the compulsory and voluntary parts of the Childcare Register. It operates from a purpose-built singlestorey building close to the town centre in St. Helens. The nursery is owned and managed by a private individual under a company status. It serves the local area and beyond. The nursery is accessible to all children and there is an enclosed area available for outdoor play. The nursery opens Monday to Friday for 51 weeks of the year from 7.30am until 6pm. Children attend for a variety of sessions. It supports children with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
