As a productive member of the hospitality teams providing excellent customer service, to assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

Our Front of House roles are broad in nature and you may be involved in a range of tasks including:

  • Food service in a restaurant setting.
  • Basic food preparation.
  • Cleaning work areas.
  • Taking food and drink orders.
  • Working on a busy reception desk.
  • Taking room and table booking over the phone and in person.
  • Helping hotel visitors with bags and luggage.

Qualifications required

  • You should have a reasonable level of Maths & English Qualifications. Ideally GCSE or equivalent grade A*-C/9-4.
  • Otherwise you will need to complete a functional skills assessment prior to commencing your apprenticeship, you will also need to work towards these qualifications alongside your apprenticeship (you will be fully supported to do this).

At the satisfactory completion of the apprenticeship, we will automatically consider the individual for a role within the business.
