We are looking for an enthusiastic administration apprentice within our Wimborne based Customer Services Team. This team is responsible for delivering personal liaison with our Customers across the UK, providing product information and resolving any Customer queries with accuracy and efficiency.

The key objective is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who is genuinely excited to help customers, with patience, empathy and passionately communicative.

Problem-solving should come naturally with confidence in troubleshooting and investigation to resolve customer queries with speed.

On a day-to-day basis the role will involve:

  • Dealing with incoming electronic communication from customers and end consumers and efficiently responding.
  • Managing incoming telephone calls.
  • Processing of customer orders.
  • Investigation and resolution of customer queries.
  • Supporting other colleagues with resolving customer specific queries.

Qualifications required

  • Minimum of four GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above, including English and Maths.
  • Candidates with A level or equivalent Level 3 qualifications and degree holders who have no previous qualification within this field are also able to apply.

Future prospects

Genuine prospect of progression within the company on successful completion of the apprenticeship and a developed knowledge of our products, suppliers and customers.
