Your day to day duties could include:

  • Filing
  • Working the website
  • Working on Databases
  • Answering the phone to customers
  • Being support to the team when required.
  • Sending emails.
  • Method of transport is required due to location (Car, motorbike, bicycle ect)

Please note: You may be asked to do things outside of the above, such as packing.

Working Week: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:30am-1:00pm.

Progress onto a level 3 in Business Administration, into full time employment within the company and also advance into the financial side with training on SAGE.

Things to consider

The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds, £7.05 for anyone aged 21 to 24 and £7.50 for those over 25. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week). For more information visit:

Everything we do is underpinned by this ISO 17025 approval which assesses our quality procedures and processes as well as technical competence Founded in 1988 we have grown to become a successful and established Laboratory and we currently carry out calibration for manufacturing companies in a variety of fields as well as the Aerospace and Defence sector, our business activity currently takes us to customers throughout the south of England and South Wales. We offer regular collection and delivery throughout Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex.
