We are looking for an Apprentice Chef to join our brand new team. This is an opportunity to create fresh food as well as be able to learn techniques and train with our highly trained executive chefs.

After the success of our first restaurant in Southampton, we are pleased to be opening a new site in Summertown Oxford, this time with a twist. Still with a focus on small plates but this time taking inspiration from the Mediterranean and not forgetting our delicious cocktails and great wines. 

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Preparing ingredients
  • Cooking
  • Washing
  • Ordering
  • Helping to produce new menus and special dishes of the day
