This is a list of the key responsibilities however this list is not exhaustive and other duties will be included:

  • All basic kitchen duties including cleaning as you go.
  • Learning the preparation, cooking and presentation of starters and desserts initially and then moving to the main dishes as you progress.
  • Keeping clean as you go.
  • Preparation, cooking and presentation of all dishes will be a full part of training.
  • Working in a kitchen with a small team so teamwork is imperative.

GCSE or equivalent grades 4 – 9 (A-C) desirable but not essential.

Things to consider

You will be on your feet all day! They can be long days to and flexibility is required to fit in with business needs at times. You will be required to work weekends and evenings. This is a village location so please take into account travel distances and plan how you will get there before applying.
