Main role/ responsibilities 
Tasks will include: 

  • Working with the company's CRM system to market services to potential clients and logging information, updating social media pages and assisting with web design content for existing and new clients
  • The apprenticeship will consist of training in small groups and work-based assessment, covering: Search – SEO and PPC, Design, Online advertising, Email marketing, Social Media and image and video editing
  • Find interesting content that can be shared to drive traffic, including management of writers.
  • Develop social media strategies to gain a bigger following in order to increase traffic to the website
  • Work with relevant departments, 3rd parties and trading partners to ensure delivery of solution is correctly met and within agreed timescales
  • Participate in meetings

Training provider

Approximately 12% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 8% is done in the workplace, through workplace units, face-to-face meetings with your QA Assessor, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
