The successful candidate will be responsible for completing general admin duties along with supporting the Operations manager, main duties will include:

  • Answering the telephone in a professional manner
  • Responding to client queries via telephone, post and email
  • Ordering stationery for the Nottingham office
  • Learning about the company's mission and available products/services
  • Dealing with daily post (incoming and outgoing)
  • Scanning appropriate documentation onto the business client management system
  • Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements
  • Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
  • Sending post review meeting letters

Confidentiality must be adhered to at all times, full training will be given through a 4 week induction programme, along with external training courses.
