Working as a general business administration apprentice, you will assist with duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, letting writing and answering telephone calls.

As you progress in the role you will learn to book holidays, take payments and potentially assist with organising travel by being present when people depart to check off names and make sure holiday makers have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Alongside helping in the holiday division you will spend time assisting with administration in all areas of the business as and when required to get an insight into the business as a whole.

The potential for progression within this company is fantastic and they are looking for a candidate that is motivated, ambitious and keen to learn. The successful candidate must be willing to get involved with a variety of tasks including making the tea! Key skills required include good communication skills, particularly a polite telephone manner and IT literacy.

This role will be supported by apprenticeship training.

The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year.
