  • Communicating over the telephone with clients and colleagues
  • Processing mileage and expenses of colleagues
  • Updating service and maintenance records for fleet vehices
  • Invoice processing
  • Data processing
  • Managing email inboxes
  • Use excellent customers service continuously
  • Organise and report data
  • Stocktaking
  • Booking hotels for colleagues
  • Managing in house computer system’s
  • Use a diary system
  • Sending and Receiving Emails
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents
  • Store and retrieve information
  • Printing and Scanning documents
