We’re a small team right now but have big plans for the business so we’d like someone with the initiative and drive to be involved in all aspects of our business and ultimately help us shape our strategy to scale into a global beauty brand.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Analysing all website data and making strategic recommendations to help improve our site and optimise it for engagement and sales
  • Assisting in the project management of a new website build and utilise our existing website date to help shape what the new site looks like
  • Analysing consumer metrics and making strategic recommendations to help understand our customer and how best to reach/engage with them
  • Analysing our marketing data and making strategic recommendations to help develop our marketing strategy and really drive ROI
  • Analysing both B2B and B2C sales data to help us best understand our customer and shape sales strategy moving forward

Level 4 Data Analyst

The primary role of a Data Analyst is to collect, organise and study data to provide business insight. Data analysts are typically involved with managing, cleansing, abstracting and aggregating data, and conducting a range of analytical studies on that data. They work across a variety of projects, providing technical data solutions to a range of stakeholders/customers issues. They document and report the results of data analysis activities making recommendations to improve business performance. They have a good understanding of data structures, database systems and procedures and the range of analytical tools used to undertake a range of different types of analyses.
