Fantastic opportunity to work with a corporate services team based in central Bristol. You will provide administrative assistance to the corporate services department in Governance, Human Resources and office management and help carry out the day to day tasks in relation to Corporate Services. This will include collating performance  management information, administering the complaints process, electronic filing and archiving of records, administering the office and stationary supplies, and carrying out various surveys.

Key responsibilities:

Provide support in day to day running of office, including:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Collection and administration of data
  • Update and manage Social Media and intranet
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms as required
  • Order office supplies and support all office administration
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Liaise with people at all levels within care settings to handle requests and queries

Progression onto the Advanced Apprenticeship and ultimately a full time job/Wage increase/Further training within a supportive company, with the potential to specialise in a specific area.

Things to consider

You will be working in a fast paced environment where professionalism and adaptability are key qualities. The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
