To ensure 100% compliance in the academy including:

  • Accurate and timely submission of start paperwork within the SLA maximum of 3 days, and all starts for the month submitted prior to SFA or Funding partner submission deadline
  • Timely awarding body registration
  • In learning evidence capture and tracking including timely reviews and escalation of non-compliance to Customer Experience Manager
  • Copies of current and valid ELI held and registered for all Apprentices
  • Timely and accurate evidence of learning where a learner is withdrawn
  • Accurate and timely upload of documentation to ACE

Qualifications required

Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.50 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18-year-old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
