Storecheckers is celebrating 25 years in business and during this time it has provided Mystery Shopping, Market Research & Training programmes across the UK so clients can improve customer service and increase sales, we are continuously growing and are looking to develop our team in Manchester.


Working as part of a supportive team you will become a pivotal member and provide a strong support function.


Duties to include, but will not be limited to:

  • Data input onto a computer system
  • Emailing ‘Field Workers’ as required
  • Collating and sending out various documents to clients
  • Taking accurate telephone messages and dealing with queries
  • Using Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Telephoning ‘Field Workers’ to assess availability and follow up on outstanding work
  • General office duties including photocopying, filing and post
  • Working as part of a supportive team you will become a pivotal member


    Your role will be varied and you will have fantastic exposure to all areas of the business, you will provide an exceptionally strong support function to all the team.

Future prospects

Once you have successfully completed this Apprenticeship, there will be a permanent role for you and maybe the opportunity for you to progress onto a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship. You can also develop your skills further and use your technical experience and knowledge gained to progress on your learner journey.
