The role will provide you with a comprehensive training programme covering all aspects of sales and the recruitment life-cycle, and will also include the chance to gain a qualification certification in Business Administration.

We are looking for a hard-working, determined and career minded individuals, who possess a natural flair for organisation and take pride in their exacting standards.

A normal day would include:

  • Answering the telephone and directing calls
  • General office duties
  • Arranging and controlling all candidate telephone interview arrangements with consultants
  • Communicating by phone, SMS and email to candidates on an hourly/daily basis
  • Managing consultant diaries
  • Advertising jobs on key job sites
  • Typing up candidates for clients
  • What you could go on to do
  • Develop into becoming a Resourcer and Trainee recruitment Consultant

Things to consider

The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
