Customer relationship management and targeting
Including things like understanding customer’s needs and how to identify ways to work with them and how this all links with digital communications.
Research and Data Analysis
The fantastic thing about the digital environment is that it gives us access to a breadth of data, this area will focus on how we use and review analytics and insights, what the information tells us, and how we can apply this to the way we complete digital campaigns in the future.
There will be some classroom sessions for these areas and then we will work alongside the apprentice to prepare a portfolio of their best work to demonstrate their specific skills developed in the workplace. We will also work on producing a diary/journal to help the apprentice to think about the things they have learned and the work they have carried out and how they might adapt or improve it going forwards.
