G Force Martial Arts are proud to own Warrior Print, a clothing and equipment printing service for the Martial Arts industry across the UK. We are passionate about delivering a quality service for the industry by providing a high-quality print service. To support the continued growth of the business, we are looking to recruit an apprentice to join our production team, tasked with supporting the services offered and developing the functions of the business. We need a confident individual who is a good communicator to join our small and friendly team.

This role is essential in supporting the growth of the business by ensuring that the customer service levels are maintained to high standards and that services and products are delivered in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.

We are looking for someone to:

  • Respond to customer communications via email and telephone
  • Deal with enquiries
  • Carry out daily operations within the print room
  • Assist with the production of merchandise, including using design software to produce print transfers and printing machinery to complete the production of merchandise
  • Undertake basic administrative functions such as filing, record keeping and stock checking
  • Process orders
  • Generate and follow up customer invoices
  • Document and maintain activities with the creation of an operations manual

Future prospects

This is an ideal post for someone looking to develop their skills within a growing business in a developing industry. There is room for growth and increased responsibilities within the role, dependant on the abilities demonstrated by the successful candidate. Whilst no training in addition to the apprenticeship is compulsory, it would be an advantage to applicants if they demonstrate a willingness to undertake additional formal or informal training and development where required, for example design and bespoke software or first aid.

Things to consider

This role requires the use of print room equipment (including heat presses) and involves a lot of standing work, lifting and physically organising stock. The post holder will need to be able to safety manoeuvre around the print room and premises.
