Eventually we would like to see this apprentice progress into a full time employee with them having developed skills in all departments within the business. During their time they will receive training in both accounts and engineering making them a good all-rounder able to cover any job that is required of them. If they have shown good initiative, been keen to learn and met all the targets required of them of the course of their apprenticeship we see no reason why they would not make an excellent member of the team.

Things to consider

No weekend or bank holiday work, our offices are modern and bright with up to date computers and equipment, free parking and a full induction and training.
