Working in a busy, fast paced Sales team office, your customer service and administration duties will include but not be limited to:

  • General administration duties
  • Answering the phone
  • Dealing with client queries over the phone.
  • Taking and booking orders from clients
  • Visiting growers and customers alongisde colleagues.
  • Arranging transport of goods
  • Working with colleagues to run marketing campaigns.

Although this vacancy is within the sales & marketing office, the majority of the work you will be doing will be Customer Services driven.
