Provide hands on support for the company’s internal systems
Handling support queries with unique configurations/ environments.
Taking ownership of support cases and investigating further using logging, virtual environments, remote support and online research.
Working with technical and development staff to resolve support cases.
Advising potential customers on which software meets their needs.
Handling customer feedback 
Build and configure workstations/ virtual machines with a range of operating systems from XP to Windows Server to Windows 10.
Work with clients and server networks.
Help to improve the current network, and configure common network devices. (wired and wireless)
Administer and create Windows Domains with users and client computers.
Administer and create other Windows servers such as (file, hyper-v, exchange).
Create and administer Exchange servers
Administering Hyper-v , creating new virtual machines, snapshots, troubleshooting.
General office IT support.

92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programmes offer on-going development tracks.
