    The current National Minimum Wage rates are £4.05 an hour for 16 - 17 year olds, £5.60 an hour for 18 - 20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship(usually one day per week).

  • Process all customer quotes onto our CRM database
  • Load all orders onto our Navision ordering system
  • Follow up on all orders to ensure they have been delivered correctly
  • Communicate with our transport department to resolve any failed deliveries
  • Communicate with customers to ensure all invoices are paid on time
  • Assist with ensuring all account details on our CRM database are up to date eg. address, contact details
  • Communicate with Sales Support for any order delays and solve any problems that arise
  • Communicate with both the customer and our Customer Service department for any returns – and prevent where possible

Qualifications required

  • Vocational Qualifications in Administration or Business Studies

Things to consider

The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
