An Apprenticeship in Performing Manufacturing Operations is designed to help you progress your career within the manufacturing industry. The qualifications are related to jobs roles such as: Manufacturing Operator or Team Leader/ Supervisor within a wide range of manufacturing disciplines. For the successful apprentices, there is a natural progression route available within production from Assembly Operative to Team Leader to Supervisor. The opportunity to work with different products is more readily available as we utilise flexibility within the production environment.
