You will learn every part of this business with support, mentoring and training from a small and committed team. Daily tasks could include the following and more:

  • Call existing customers to gather essential information including meter readings.
  • Working with the company's CRM system.
  • Answering customers queries through email and telephone contact.

Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for £3.50 (from 1st April 2017) per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship.
