  • Informing clients and prospective clients of the products we provide and answering any questions they may have in relation to this
  • Role will be based in Marketing department
  • Learning the products that Altinet provide to a high standard
  • Microsoft, Baracuda and Cirtico accreditation exams throughout the year
  • Assisting in the creation of marketing materials
  • Assisting marketing department in the creation and implementation of campaigns
  • Assisting in any other duties that may be required by the marketing teams
  • Making outbound calls to generate new customers and taking inbound calls and ultimately converting warm interest into sales
  • Assisting in building and maintaining current database
  • Understanding how client databases can help the business
  • Network with potential clients (face to face)
  • Integrate with the marketing team to develop and follow-up campaigns
  • Communicate efficiently with the marketing team

Future prospects

Progression onto level 3 after completion of level 2. After completion of all qualifications, there is a chance for a full time position for the right candidate.

Things to consider

Can you easily get to this vacancy? The company will be moving to near the Train station in the next couple of months, so they will be based in the city centre. They are currently only based 10/15 minute walk from the City Centre.
