Supporting our marketing and creative team by providing outstanding administrative support, the role will include answering the telephone, taking training course bookings on behalf of our clients, emailing clients monthly progress reports and seeking quotes from our suppliers.

A normal day would include
Supporting our marketing and creative team by providing outstanding administrative support. Key duties would include:

  • Booking in/administrating new projects
  • Answering the telephone, taking messages, making outbound customer service calls
  • Taking training course bookings on behalf of our clients
  • Liaising with our clients via telephone and email regarding their projects
  • Emailing clients monthly progress reports
  • Seeking quotes from our suppliers
  • General office administrative duties like receiving and sending post, looking after office supplies and arranging meetings
  • Meeting, greeting and looking after our clients when they visit our agency
