We are looking for a motivated and eager to learn apprentice that is willing to start from the bottom and work up.

Whoever we hire will start their employment in a predominantly office based role learning the basics of customer service and estate agency.

The role will initially consist of taking inbound phone calls, making outgoing phone calls with a view to arranging appointments. One the basics are covered we would look for an applicant that would be able to progress to carrying out viewings and generating offers through a variety of closing techniques that we will help the applicant to learn.

Or office is one where everybody deals with all aspects of the business so there is a wide range of skills to learn.

Things to consider

The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
