You will be fully trained in all aspects of the business including our own in-house training alongside the formal training offered by the Post Office (PO).

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Promoting PO Home phone services to customers.
  • Promoting Post Office Car/Home Insurance products.
  • Dealing with large volumes of uncollected mail and preparing it ready for collection by customers.
  • Being confident in promoting PO services and overcoming objections with positives.
  • Always looking for opportunities to cross sell PO products and services.
  • Working as part of a team to achieve overall objectives.
  • Maintain general good housekeeping and cleanliness of the work space.
