    Wages explained

    The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year.
    Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year.
    The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

  • Good telephone manner required as there will a great deal of telephone work
  • Use various software and research tools to identify accommodation deals
  • Use company credit to pay for accommodation for construction gangs in various locations across the country
  • Liaise with construction gangs on the accommodation booked, send through details in most effective manner
  • Assist with various administrative tasks for the company which may include running reports, reconciling invoices etc
  • Use bespoke software to add and cleanse data as required

Confidence around people is essential for this role as you will be dealing with people from all walks of life and at all levels of companies. It is important that you are able to communicate effectively at all times.

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.
