    Wages explained

    The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year.
    Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year.
    The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

  • Diary Management - organising internal and external meetings including travel and accommodation.

  • Telesales to sell GGP desktop licences into new local Authority/Fire and Rescue Service /Housing sites/Police Forces
  • Keeping our Database Sugar CRM up-to-date
  • Attending company events and meetings as and when necessary
  • Planning and co-ordinating events with support when necessary e.g. User groups

Training provider

Level 3 in Business and Administration

Approximately 3% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 17% is done in the workplace, through workplace units, face-to-face meetings with your QA Assessor, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
