Your duties will include:

  • Working within a busy showroom dealing with phone enquiries and welcoming visitors to the company.
  • Advising and demonstrating a wide range of mobility and healthcare products.
  • Communicating internally and externally to satisfy customer enquiries and orders.
  • Stock replenishment, cleaning and associated sales paperwork.
  • Some heavy lifting and delivery to customer's houses, carrying out home demonstrations.

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Patient and understanding with good active listening skills.
  • Good with Maths & English (written and spoken) and have good general computer skills.
  • Excellent at customer service and ideally with previous experience.
  • Reliable, responsible and can use initiative.
  • Able to work as part of a team.

Personal qualities

  • Mature and empathetic to the diverse and specialist needs of the customers.
  • Customer focussed and enthusiastic, with the ability to work well in a team and equally as well on your own.
  • Hardworking and loyal.
  • Basic undertstanding of sales.

Qualifications required

  • You must have 5 GCSE's, or equivalent, to include Maths and English, at Grade D/3 or above.

Future prospects

A full time role within the company for the right candidate and a customer service/sales management career. We will invest in developing skills and knowledge of the suitable hard working and loyal candidate.

Things to consider

You will occasionally help out with deliveries within the warehouse and to customers homes.
