The successful candidate will be providing support with the day to day administration and customer liaison of the various pension products that Carey Pensions provide. This will include:

  • Providing a high quality service to customers
  • Establishing new pension schemes
  • Processing contributions
  • Dealing with investment instructions
  • Updating systems correctly
  • Scanning and filing of documents
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Providing banking assistance
  • Providing annual valuations
  • Adhoc tasks as required

  • Dealing with customer issues and complex situations

  • Providing accurate information to support colleagues

Other information

The National Minimum Wage (NMW) for Apprentices is �3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old Apprentices and those aged over 19 in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
