  • The apprentice will handle customer enquiries via incoming and outgoing telephone calls and book service visits whilst identifying and ordering spare parts and accessories.
  • Ownership will be taken of customer enquiries and follow through to completion. 
  • The apprentice will be required to work with a high level of customer service and be flexible in their approach to their role.
  • The company place great importance on meeting targets set by working as part of a team, comprising regular attendance, punctuality and professionalism.
  • This will be underpinned by on-the-job training for products and policies and full support for an Apprenticeship in Customer Service.

Things to consider

From April 2017 the National Minimum Wage for apprentices increases to £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the Apprentice National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent training. 16-18 year olds won’t be required to work more than 40 hours per week. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MUST THE EMPLOYER BE CONTACTED DIRECT, ALL ENQUIRIES MUST GO THROUGH STARTING OFF.

  • This includes attending the workshops and completing the technical certificate and the induction workbook.
