The Business Administration Apprentice’s main role is to assist the sales team wherever necessary, assisting with the end to end sales process throughout the apprenticeship. This role is varied, and aims to train the apprentice sufficiently to progress to an Administration role within the company at the end of the apprenticeship.

The scope of work includes:

  • Compiling monthly sales reports for the Sales Director.
  • Calling customers when required.
  • Weekly filing and shredding
  • General sales admin tasks.
  • Ad hoc help where needed.
  • Working closely with other departments.
  • Using the company inhouse CRM database.

Future prospects

After 6 months, providing the probationary period is successfully passed, the Apprentice will be enrolled in the bonus scheme and can receive an extra £1,000 which is divided into 4 and paid quarterly as an extra payment if they achieve their KPI’s. The salary will be reviewed after 3 months and adjusted according to performance. If they work hard and do a good job they will receive regular reviews and potential salary increases.

Things to consider

We are a security company so a full DBS Check will be completed prior to employment. We will require the applicant to complete a short online test prior to being interviewed by us.
