The enrolment administration assistant takes potential learners through their initial assessment and induction prior to starting on their training programme There is a significant amount of interaction with learners and their employers therefore the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner with a personality that is interactive, motivating and engaging in addition to basic administration tasks, being organised and self-disciplined with good time management skill.

Future prospects

We are looking for a successful candidate to develop into a valued member of our sales team during their apprenticeship programme. At the end of the apprenticeship contract it is the intention for the apprentice to be offered a permanent position within the organisation subject to the candidate’s learning journey.

Things to consider

The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
