Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Marketing Team in the execution of our marketing plan.

Initially, you’ll learn all about our marketing funnel, customer journey, and all of the many online and offline channels we use. Once familiarised with the business, you will get the chance to focus more specifically on certain aspects, such as individual channels or functions.

You will gain great experience in all aspects of marketing, including, but not necessarily limited to:

  • Market Research
  • Campaign planning
  • Social Media
  • Paid Search
  • SEO
  • Website Development
  • Press Advertising
  • Events Marketing
  • Direct Mail
  • Referral Marketing
  • OOH and Display
  • Radio

You’ll get valuable, hands-on experience, learn quickly and have the chance to make a real and measurable impact on results.

As a family-run business, we place a real emphasis on development of our team and we don’t see an apprenticeship as a one-year thing. As such, you’ll get the opportunity to develop your skills further with access to extra training materials and courses. We also aim to offer full-time, salaried roles within our marketing department upon completion of your apprenticeship.

The working environment is fun, with a pool table, table-tennis and table football (if there’s a sport you can play on a table, we’ve got it!) as well as subsidised lunches, free parking and regular team activities.
