Duties to include:

  • Assisting lawyers with their day to day file management within the case management system.
  • Completing assigned tasks within the case management system.
  • Making and taking telephone calls from customers and clients and third parties.
  • Providing reception cover as necessary.
  • Assisting the office with any other administrative tasks as directed by your line manager.

  • GCSE A*-C in English, Maths and ICT or equivalent (Level 2 Functional Skills or Key Skills).

These checks may include references, proof of ID and current address, Personnel Vetting credit search (which will only highlight insolvency or County Court Judgments) Terrorism Check (against data supplied by the Bank of England) and a Criminal Records check. Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.50 per hour from 1st April 2017. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
