This is a fantastic opportunity to get training and hands-on experience dealing with projects for major UK and International Co-orporates along with fast growing UK businesses.

The successful applicant for the role of Apprentice Outbound Sales Adviser will be primarily conducting outbound telemarketing and telesales calls for campaigns on behalf of Sonnet Marketing’s existing and new clients.

You will be trained on how to engage with clients over the phone in order to make appointments, promote products and over time sell our client’s products and services with the focus usually being in the B2B (Business to Business) Market and across multiple industry sectors and including but not exclusive to accountancy firms, technology software providers, healthcare, retail, finance, logistics and marketing.

Training on the use of CRM systems, and Microsoft office tools and applications will also be provided where their use is directly related to the work being undertaken on the campaigns.






Requirements and prospects

Qualifications required

GCSEs at grade E or above in English and Maths or equivalent qualifications.

Future prospects

As a growing outsourced marketing company, the apprentice has the ability to potentially be offered a full-time or part-time role as an Outbound Sales Adviser, with prospects to become a Senior Adviser, Team Leader, Campaign Manager or Training Manager, all with increases in salary, package and responsibility within the business.

We are based in Littlehampton close to main public transport links along the south coast. CRB checks may be required. We expect every applicant to have done some research on the business prior to interview.

Training provider

The successful applicant will study the Level 2 Sales and Telesales Related Apprenticeship Framework. This includes Health and Safety, Roles and Responsibilities and a Technical Certificate. Candidates that do not hold GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Maths, English and ICT will be required to sit Functional Skills in these subjects.
