The company is  looking to recruit an Apprentice Service Engineer An exciting opportunity to join a high profile company and earn while you learn.

If you are interested in a career in mechanical engineering we are looking to recruit an Apprentice Service Engineer operating out of our Hortonwood, Telford facility. The position will require 1 day a week at TCAT & the remaining time at Hortonwood. Full product training will be given.

You will be required to:

  • Strip, clean & inspect all ABB turbocharger models
  • Measure, inspect and initial condition report
  • Dynamic balancing of rotating assembly
  • Reassemble in accordance with Working Instructions
  • Prepare for dispatch & final condition report

Future prospects

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship there will be a permanent position with exiting career development prospects. Qualified engineers will earn basic wage in excess of 31K plus overtime and bonus.
