Responsibilities of the Apprentice
•    Manage and maintain supporting documentation for the apprenticeship programme including training agreements, contracts and digital records.
•    Support recruitment of apprentices where applicable including use of bespoke recruitment system.
•    Undertake necessary administration relating to the apprenticeship processes
•    Understand OCS Group Sector and business support functions to ensure that apprenticeships support the business target
•    Support managers to effectively use the apprenticeship processes

Training provider

Approximately 12% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 8% is done in the workplace, through workplace units, face-to-face meetings with your QA Assessor, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
