About the employer

Without wishing to preach they are quite simple. Do unto others, as you would have done unto yourself.

We passionately believe that recruitment done well is the best job in the world, changing individual’s lives for the better and helping clients grow their businesses. Sadly, and all too often, it isn’t done well and our industry suffers as a result. Alongside estate agents, lawyers and accountants.

At Elbrus James we strive every day to rise above the pack and think “what would our clients want? How can we help this candidate?”

Professionalism, courtesy and ethics drive our behaviour.

It’s part of the reason why we are so proud of our professional accreditations and memberships, when so many of our “competitors” aren’t, and it is why we have a Corporate and Social Responsibility policy, when so many of our “competitors” don’t.
