Day to day duties will include

  • To be the Technical Editor of the installation, service and operating manuals using specified software
  • Producing technical documents for products being introduced into other EU markets
  • Creating documents for addendums and instruction sheet summaries
  • Creating, modifying and updating product technical documentation
  • Proof reading technical documents
  • To be responsible for the content in all installation, operating and service manuals
  • Support with any other adhoc business administration tasks as requested.

  • Good written and oral communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages preferable (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Flexible to support the business and customer requirements

  • Ability to work in a team as well as individually using own initiative

Personal qualities

  • Be well organised and able to work under pressure, maintain excellent attention to detail and meet strict deadlines

Qualifications required

3 GCSE  grades C or above in Maths, English and a technology / science related topic or equivalent.
