This Traineeship work experience is part of an education and training programme that is focused on giving young people the skills and experience that employers are looking for. At its core is the work preparation training, English and maths for those who need it, and a high-quality work experience placement.

Are you eligible?   

  • Are you currently not in a job? Do you have little or no work experience?
  • Are you aged 16 to 24 and qualified below Level 3 (A level)?

Tasks include:

  • Handle daily case load in line with agreed KPI’s and objectives
  • Provide a high quality of customer service with every customer interaction either via email or telephone
  • Provide feedback from customer interactions, to ensure any system/procedure/process issues are highlighted and feedback to line manager to improve the ongoing customer experience
  • Identify own development needs and engage support where necessary to drive own development
  • Engage with immediate and wider teams to share best practises
  • Always ensure an up to date knowledge with company policies, procedures, initiatives, and promotions. With the ability to explain these to customers with authority and confidence
  • Ensure technical knowledge is developed and maintained on all systems relevant to the role to support our brand, Colleagues and Customers
  • Follow and implement all Victoria Plum procedures, legislative and regulatory rules
  • Support any area of the business as required to resolve customer issues/queries
