Qube Learning are recruiting Retail Trainees aged 16-24 on behalf of Halfords to fulfil vacancies.

This Traineeship opportunity is unwaged but could lead onto a fully paid Apprenticeship for the successful candidate

On a day-to-day basis you may be:

  • Working on new stock deliveries.
  • Working on filling the shelves and stock rotation.
  • Working on the till.
  • Checking prices.
  • Stocktaking.
  • Working on bikes.
  • Dealing face to face with Customers.
  • The role is very varied.

Training to be provided

7 weeks of training provided by Halfords to complete Halfords branded Retail Traineeship Level 1  qualification, which is achieved by a combination of practical experience and completing a series of e-learning modules.

Support with functional skills Maths and English, and Employability skills with Qube Tutor who will visit the store on a weekly basis.
