As the Apprentice, you will join a team of technical experts who are eager to take your skills and knowledge above and beyond! With this opportunity, you will provide 1st line support to customers, helping with password resets and installation and maintenance of computer equipment along with so much more.

Create IT Ltd is an IT solutions company that is actively seeking to expand the helpdesk team with a new Apprentice Support Analyst. The role is fundamentally to assist customers with IT support related issues as well as day to day support tasks which will include monitoring and backup checks, builds for customer orders, and managing the support ticket queue.
As an ICT apprentice, you will be part of a highly skilled team in a very busy helpdesk environment and will provide on-going support to customers in order to resolve any IT related issues. The role includes assisting with a range of projects including new customer builds and installations. You will also be given the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience of mending and fixing photocopiers.
